Liquidation cases with DGS payouts
The EBA has received a notification from the Commission for the Supervision of Financial Sector from Luxembourg in relation to the determination of the unavailability of deposits at Fortuna Banque that required the use of DGS funds. The bank had 965 covered depositors with covered deposits of EUR 12.5 million. Click here to view the notification letter.

The EBA has received a notification from the Conseil de protection des déposants et investisseurs (Luxembourg Deposit Guarantee Fund) in relation to the determination of the unavailability of deposits at ABLV Bank Luxembourg S.A. which required the use of DGS funds.
