Regulatory Technical Standards on Pillar 2 add-ons for investment firms

  • Status: Final draft RTS/ITS adopted by the EBA and submitted to the European Commission

The Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) on Pillar 2 add-ons for investment firms set out more detailed guidance on the measurement of risks to capital, including specific indicative metrics to be used for the assessment of materiality and determination of capital considered adequate to cover specific risks.
