Implementing Technical Standards on information exchange

The Implementing Technical Standards on information exchange introduce standardised procedures, templates and minimum requirements for information exchange in bank failure scenarios. They also enhance reporting from DGSs to the EBA on covered deposits and available financial means; define information to be reported by authorities on bank failures; improve transparency on the use of DGS funds. The framework builds on existing best practices to ensure that information is accurate, timely and proportionate.
