Overwhelmingly, yes, we agree with the proposed provisions as presented in the draft Travel Rule Guidelines for consultation. On the attached document, we have presented points against which further clarity may be offered to the reader of such guidance. The submitted response includes those points that may benefit from further clarification, and where appropriate, draft language for your consideration. We also set out how the industry may be impacted without the revision of these points.
