Do deposits from Financial Customers with a remaining maturity of more than 30 days qualify for a 100% outflow rate for LCR purposes or shall they be excluded from calculation? (e.g. a 3 months unsecured deposit from an investment firm).
- Background on the question

According to paragraph 10 of article 30 of the Delegated Regulation(EU)2015/61, a 100% outflow rate is applicable to deposits by Financial Customers due within the next 30 days, while row 230 of p.1.4 of the Annex XXV part 2 to the related ITS (EBA-ITS-2015-04 on reporting for the LCR instructions) refers to the outstanding balance.
