Is it possible to apply the data type “free text” for the Service Identifier as specified in the Annex II IT Solution?

The Service Identifier data type defined in the Annex II IT Solutions and ITS is Free Text, but the DPM (file Annotated Table Layout RES 4.2 RESOL2RES 4.2.xlsx last version) defines an interger as #.
To enhance our controls it is really better to have a human readable Service Identifier.
For the April 2026 delivery, there is a transformation by our Regnology software in integer that results to a 0. We maintain this value until an answer.
