Inconsistencies between ITS on resolution planning reporting versus Annotated Table Layout DPM 4.2, RESOL1 and RESOL2
- Question
-
Could you please align the technical requirements stated in the Annotated Table Layout in the DPM 4.2 module (20260106 Annotated Table Layout RES 4.2 RESOL1RES 4.2.xls) with the requirements as stated in the ITS (Annex II: Instructions) on Z01.01, column 0070 Article 7 CRR Waiver (and all other cells where ITS states the selection options Yes/No and the Annotated Table Layout states TRUE/FALSE instead)?
- Background on the question
-
According to the Annex II (II.1), for reporting on Article 7 CRR Waiver (column 0070) in Z01.01, the selection options True or False are required. However, in the technical requirements as specified in the Annotated Table Layout, the requested options are TRUE or FALSE. The same inconsistency is reflected in other Z-templates as well: this relates to Z01.01 column 0080/0090/0100, Z01.02 column 0070, Z07.01.1 column 0170, Z07.01.2 column 0180, Z07.01.3 column 0250, Z07.01.4 column 0210, Z07.01.5 column 0190, Z08.01 column 0180/0190, Z09.01 column 0230/0240/0250, Z09.02 column 0020/0050, Z09.04 column 0030, applicable sections in Annex II are: II.1.2, II2.2, II.13, II.14, II.15, II.20.5, II.26, II.27, II.29.

- Rationale for rejection
-
This question has been rejected because EBA guidance or clarification is not needed. This can be the case where harmonisation of practices through the Q&A process is not considered necessary; or that the issue is not material, for example because it is considered to be relevant only to a limited set of institutions or other stakeholders.
