CEBS has today published its updated Guidelines for passport notifications

The Committee of European Banking Supervisors (CEBS) has updated to its contact list found in its Guidelines on Passporting Notifications, as conducted by the CEBS Secretariat on an annual basis. Kindly note that the effect of both the Payment Services Directive (2007/64/EC) and the Second E-Money Directive (2009/110/EC) have changed the activities listed under Annex I of the CRD (2006/48/EC), specifically activities 4 and 5, and the introduction of activity 15 with effect from 30/4/11. Hence, at this juncture, activities 4 and 5 listed in Annex 2 of the CEBS Guidelines for Passport Notifications have therefore been updated, taking the above into account.
