Could you please confirm whether validation rule v23722_m is incorrect and should be amended, as it only counts time buckets greater than 7 years, which appears inconsistent with the ITS requirements?

In accordance with ITS Annex II, Part II, section 8.3, for template C 32.02, row 0120 should be populated for all time buckets where an eligible protection provider has agreed to fulfil all payment obligations of the obligor. However, validation rule v23722_m currently restricts this to time buckets greater than 7 years, which does not align with the ITS specifications.
