DIRECTIVE (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2) defines the "payment service user" in Article 4, par. (10) as a person making use of a payment service in the capacity of payer, payee, or both.
Reffering to money remittance service, can the same person be both payer and payee on the same money remittance transaction, meaning the sender is the same person as the receiver?
