Procurement
Ex-ante publicity for procurement procedures between €15,000 and €144,000
For procurement in this range the EBA launches a 'negotiated procurement procedure' which depending on the value consists of an invitation to tender to at least three or five candidates. EBA does not publish an annual plan of all procurements in this range. EBA may organize a procurement procedure at short notice. EBA is unable to offer a mailing list service or a notification of launch of individual procurements. For procurement in this range EBA publishes ex ante advertisements on its website for a minimum of two weeks to allow suppliers to express interest. Please check this page regularly for ex ante advertisements of current procurement in this range. Suppliers who wish to express interest are requested to follow the instructions for registering interest in the relevant ex ante notice
