Does national transposition of CRD Art. 144.1 has to be updated or not?
Background on the question
CRD Art. 144.1 refers to Part V of the CRR (i.e. Articles 405-409) that has been since deleted. This was done by regulation 2017/2401 back in 2017 and it is stated that all references inside CRR to Part V has to be read as references to Chapter 2 of regulation 2017/2402. This is also confirmed by the consolidated version in EUR-Lex of CRD from 2018 that does not list any amendment in CRD Art. 144.1.
