Management Board
The EBA Management Board is composed of the EBA Chairperson and of representatives of national supervisory authorities and of the European Commission. Its role is to ensure that the EBA carries out its mission and performs the tasks assigned to it in accordance with its Regulation.
The Management Board has the power, inter alia, to propose the annual and multi-annual work programme, to exercise certain budgetary powers, to adopt the Authority's staff policy plan, to adopt special provisions on the right to access to documents and to propose the annual report.
