The Regulatory Technical Standards on information for the assessment of a proposed acquisition of qualifying holdings in issuers of asset-referenced tokens (ARTs) under MiCAR specify the detailed content of the information to be submitted with the notification of direct or indirect acquisitions or increase of qualifying holdings in issuers of ARTs’ that is necessary for the prudential assessment of the proposed acquisition or increase.
